FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kelsey Belk and Dillon Austin
Question

When and Where do I RSVP?

Answer

We’re keeping things traditional! Please RSVP using the enclosed mail-in RSVP card by May 1, 2026. You’re welcome to send it back anytime before then.

Question

What if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Your invitation is addressed to those who are invited. If it includes a guest by name, then yes! If not, we prefer to just have you attend.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at the home.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We’re so grateful to celebrate with you! While gifts are never expected, we’ve registered for a few items and created a honeymoon fund. Both can be found under the “Registry” tab on our website.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, or button down with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved hotel room blocks for guests at a few local hotels. Kelsey also works with a local property management company with several Airbnb's in the Wilmington area and beaches. Please see our page on Travel for suggestions and more information.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are not providing transportation to and from the events, but the ceremony and reception are in the same location and there is plenty of street parking available. If you do not wish to drive, we suggest taking an Uber or Lyft.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes. There is plenty of (still) free street parking all around the venue. Guests can also use the parking lot on the corner of Campbell Street and N 5th Street. This lot belongs to First Baptist Church.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan on arriving between 5:00 pm and 5:15 pm to give yourself time to find a seat before the ceremony begins at 5:30 pm.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night!

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After we say “I do,” we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour where we will serve beer, wine, and light hors d’oeuvres. We will take our seats for the reception at 7:00 pm

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Heck yeah! We will be offering select wine and beer!

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 10:30 pm

For all the days along the way
