FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kelsey Dyer and Carlos Armijo
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 15th, 2026.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

No boxed gifts, please! If you’d like to celebrate with us, the only gift we kindly accept is a contribution to our “Getting Life Started” fund.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please leave the athleisure at home and bring your A-game! We’re going full semi-formal—think gowns, tuxes, suits, or cocktail dresses. And a little heads-up: we’re in the desert, so when the sun sets, it gets chilly.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’d love to meet more people, but our wedding budget insists we stick to the guest list. Consider this your official “VIP invite only” moment—thanks for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children included on your invitation are warmly welcome to join the celebration!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The chapel doors open at 5:30 PM and close at 5:55 PM sharp. Arrive late, and you risk missing my glorious walk down the aisle—don’t be that guest! 😎

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please check out our Travel section—we’ve secured two hotel blocks for the Dyer-Armijo wedding.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! La Fonda Hotel offers valet parking, and there’s also street parking available around the Plaza.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! For our out-of-towners arriving a few days early, we’ll be hosting a welcome party so we can spend some quality time with you—because, as you know, the wedding day flies by in a blink! There’s also plenty to do around the square. Carlos and I will be heading up to Santa Fe on Thursday and would love to meet up with anyone who arrives early. On Saturday, you’re free to enjoy the day… but please report to the Terrace Deck by 5:00 PM for your welcome drink before the ceremony! 🥂

Question

Any tips to deal with the elevation?

Answer

Yes! We recommend drinking plenty of water and keeping some saline solution on hand. New Mexico is very dry, and at 7,198 feet above sea level, Santa Fe can sneak up on you—stay hydrated and your sinuses will thank you!
