Shuttle Service

We want you to enjoy our wedding day, stress (and designated driver) free! Our shuttles will depart from Silverado Resort at 3:45PM and drop guests off just steps from our ceremony location at The Estate Yountville. We will also provide a return shuttle service from the Estate Yountville to Silverado Resort at 10:00PM and 11:00PM.

It’s harvest season y’all!

We are getting married during Napa Valley’s highly coveted harvest season. With that said, we recommend you book your accommodations as soon as possible. Silverado Resort and other hotels will likely sell out our wedding weekend. So, don’t delay!

Flight

Getting In

- SFO - San Francisco International Airport: 60 miles to Napa. Avoid landing near rush hour to miss traffic! - OAK - Oakland International Airport: 51 miles to Napa. Traffic isn’t as bad as SF, but still avoid rush hour if you can. - SMF - Sacramento International Airport: 65 miles to Napa. This is actually the shortest drive due to less traffic! Ubers from these airports to Napa are few and far between. Therefore, we suggest you rent a car to get from any of these airports to Napa. Please feel free to coordinate with other friend’s arrival times to share a rental car and make the drive together. We highly recommend you fly in Thursday in case you get delayed or hit traffic on your way to Napa. Plus, coming Thursday allows you to join us for welcome cocktails - YAY!

Check-In: Thursday, October 10, 2024 | Check-Out: Saturday, October 12, 2024 Our room block is with Silverado Resort Thursday night & Friday night. Silverado is only 15 minutes from our wedding venue, and offers cozy suites with kitchenettes and a living area. They have an incredible spa, golf course, tennis/pickle ball courts, restaurants, and more! If you would like to arrive early, extend your stay, or have another request please email megan.gunn@silveradoresort.com and mention the McLaughlin/Citta Room Block. If they have the availability, they should be able to match the room rate for your extended days. Please book as soon as possible as rooms are limited. Other Accomodations

While we hope you join us at Silverado Resort, we understand that some of you may prefer to stay somewhere else. Our greatest recommendation is to make these accomodations as soon as possible due to the popularity of Napa in October. We also suggest you do not stray too far from central Napa/Yountville as Ubers can be hard to come by. For budget friendly options we recommend checking out Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa or Hilton Garden Inn Napa. Downtown Napa also offers some beautiful hotels!
