Where is the Ceremony and Reception held?

Answer

Both will be held at The Willowdale Estate. Use the address 24 Asbury Street, Topsfield MA 01938 For GPS and follow signs within the State Park

Will there be transportation from the hotel?

Answer

There will be transportation to and from hotel the night of the wedding. The shuttle will be departing from the Doubletree by Hilton North Shore Hotel at 3:00pm to bring guests to Willowdale Estate, and will bring guests back to the hotel at 9:30pm after the reception

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a small parking lot which holds 60 cars and a parking attendant will be present

Where should I stay overnight?

Answer

There is a wedding block reserved at the Double Tree Hotel by Hilton in Danvers. Please book by August 27th, rooms book up quickly. There will be transportation provided from this hotel to the venue as well.

what if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

When you receive your wedding invitation, please mail (or online) back the RSVP with your dietary needs are and we will accommodate you.

What time should I be there?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4:00pm but we kindly ask guests to arrive 15-20 minutes early and enjoy a drink

Will I be walking in grass?

Answer

Although the wedding ceremony and reception is outdoors, there will be no walking on grass unless desired. Both areas are either stone or concrete floors. So ladies, please feel free to wear heels.
