We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable.

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration!

The dress code is comfortable. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the occasion.

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary beer and wine throughout the event.

Yes, there will be parking available at Bear Wallow Farm.

Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we need! We will not have a traditional registry. If you would like to bring a card, there will be a location for cards at the venue.

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at half past 5 o’clock. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Yes, please feel free to take as many photos as you like throughout our wedding celebration!

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast.

Can you accommodate special dietary, allergies, etc?

Yes, let us know if you have a dietary restriction or allergy that we need to know about. ***Please be aware that we have at least one guest that is severely allergic to peanut oil, fumes, etc. Please refrain from eating or bringing anything with you to the wedding that contains these ingredients***
