What COVID Precautions Are You Taking?

Answer

- All of the guests attending our event have been fully vaccinated. - The staff at The Renaissance Club will be wearing masks for the duration of the event. - The ceremony is outdoors, on the lawn outside the Clubhouse. The cocktail hour will be held in the foyer and breezeway of the clubhouse. - The capacity of the ballroom is more than twice the number of guests who will be in attendance. It is a beautiful open space with cathedral ceilings, and has a balcony with multiple doors that can be opened as well. - As of 9/6/21, Haverhill, MA has not reinstated a mask mandate in private buildings. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask indoors please do so.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail / Semi Formal. We want you to have fun, and look great doing it. We suggest wearing short or long cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits. Tuxes and gowns if you're feeling fancy.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside on grass, weather permitting. The cocktail hour will be in the lobby and on the patio. The reception will be in the ballroom.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle to and from the recommended hotels. Please let us know if you plan to use the shuttle in your RSVP so we have a head count!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! There will be a place on the RSVP to let us know about any special dietary needs.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids, but we'd like to spend time with you and give you a night off to have fun.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
