Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens
Explore a variety of gardens, tropical plants, and seasonal exhibits. It's a peaceful spot to take a stroll, relax, and enjoy nature, with both indoor and outdoor spaces to explore. In June, they will be having Blooms and Butterflies, an event where you can stroll amid hundreds of colorful and exotic butterflies. At night, they provide live entertainment while you can walk through an exhibit of Chihuly glasswork.
German Village
As the name indicates, this area is home to some fantastic German-style cuisine, including the famous Schmidt's Sausage Haus. Located in a charming historic district of downtown Columbus, you'll find cobblestone streets, rich history, and one of the largest independent bookstores in the U.S.
Topiary Park
An artistic and peaceful spot, this park features manicured topiary sculptures inspired by Georges Seurat's famous painting, A Sunday on La Grande Jatte. It's a unique outdoor spot for a relaxing afternoon.
