We ask that you please RSVP no later than November 15, 2022 so that we can provide the venue with an accurate guest count.
No, but we do kindly ask that guests voluntarily take either a rapid or PCR test 24-36 hours prior to arrival out of courtesy to others in attendance. The venue does not require guests show proof of a negative test at this time. For the health and safety of our guests, we kindly ask anyone who is feeling under the weather to stay home. Please reach out if you have any concerns!
Due to budget and venue limitations, plus-ones have already been accounted for when you go to RSVP. If you feel there has been an oversight and you would like a plus-one, please contact us as soon as possible!
We ask that our guests come dressed in semi-formal attire. Outfit options include (but are not limited to) button-down shirts, dress pants, suit jackets, and dress shoes, and jumpsuits, tea dresses, and knee-length or maxi dresses. It can be chilly in San Marcos during the month of January, so we recommend checking the weather and adjusting accordingly!
Transportation will be self-provided, and we ask that guests make their own arrangements to get to and from the venue.
Yes, there is parking available at Twin Oaks! The parking lot is at the entrance to the venue, and there is an ample number of parking spots to accommodate all guests. There is no charge to park at the venue.
Please arrive around 12:30 PM for light refreshments and mingling! The ceremony will begin at 1:00 PM sharp, and guests will not be allowed to enter the ceremony area at that time.
Twin Oaks is an outdoor garden venue, which means that both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors! The reception will take place under a tent, so there will be covering for brunch. It can get chilly in the afternoons/evenings during the winter, so we recommend bringing a nice jacket or coat to keep warm during the reception.
Yes! At this time, we plan to have a limited open bar. Guests will be required to show their ID when getting drinks, so please make sure to have yours with you.
