FAQs

Question

Where will the wedding take place?

Answer

We’re so excited to gather everyone together at the stunning Waterfront Beach Resort for our wedding day! From the ocean views to the coastal breeze, it’s the perfect setting for the laid-back, romantic day we’ve been dreaming of. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the same location — so you can kick off your shoes, enjoy the sunset, and celebrate with us all in one gorgeous seaside spot: The Waterfront Beach Resort 21100 Pacific Coast Hwy Huntington Beach, CA 92648 We can’t wait to soak up the sun and celebrate together by the ocean! 🌊✨

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 4:00 PM so there’s plenty of time to check in, valet (if you’re driving), and get seated before we get started. We’d truly hate for anyone to miss a moment of the ceremony, so please note that once it begins, late arrivals will be invited to join us afterward at cocktail hour. Thank you for planning ahead — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family dressed up for the occasion! Our dress code is formal, dress to impress. Think elevated, elegant, and celebration-ready. For women, this could mean a mid- or floor-length dress, a chic cocktail dress, or a stylish, tailored pantsuit in any shade of gray or beige. For men, we kindly request suits (tie encouraged!) to match the formal feel of the evening, ideally in any shade of gray or beige. While we'd love for everyone to dress in gray or beige, black suits are also acceptable for gentlemen.

Question

Next steps? When should we RSVP by?

Answer

Formal invitations with RSVP details should be arriving soon. We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 31, 2026. Your timely response means so much to us, as we’ll need to provide a final guest count to our venue and vendors. Thank you in advance for helping us plan the best day ever!

Question

What if I can't make it?

Answer

We’ll definitely miss you! If you’re unable to join us, please let us know as soon as you can by selecting “Not Attending” on your RSVP. And if your plans happen to change after you’ve already responded, just update your RSVP or reach out to us directly. We completely understand that life happens — we just appreciate you keeping us in the loop!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate whether a plus one has been reserved for you. As much as we’d love to include everyone, we’re keeping our celebration intentionally intimate with our closest friends and family.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of a few children in our immediate family. If your child is invited, their name will be clearly listed on your invitation and RSVP. We hope this gives you the opportunity to enjoy a fun night out and celebrate with us — and we truly appreciate your understanding!

Question

Do you have a registry? Should we bring a gift of money?

Answer

Your presence on our special day is the greatest gift we can ask for; however, for those who wish to contribute, we’ve created a honeymoon fund that can be found under the “Registry” tab of our website.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be hosting an open bar and can’t wait to raise a glass with you. We want everyone to have an amazing time, so please celebrate responsibly. If you plan on enjoying a few drinks, we kindly encourage you to arrange for safe transportation home.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

For your convenience, complimentary valet parking will be available at the venue. Just let the valet attendant know you’re attending our wedding, and they’ll take care of the rest. If you’re planning to enjoy the open bar, we highly recommend carpooling or using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft to ensure everyone gets home safely. We want the night to be fun, memorable, and safe for all!
