As we start getting more and more questions, we will post them here for everyone! We know this is quite the experience for everyone so ask all the questions you need to! We are always here to answer questions as well as our travel agent!

Do we need to rsvp on this website?

Answer

Please do so after you have completed booking! This RSVP and the actual booking of the trip are separate. I do not know you have booked unless I reach out to the travel agent to find out.

How do I book?

Answer

On the "Travel" page, there is a link that will take you to the booking website where you can choose the day you want to fly out, length of your trip, and which airport you want to fly from. Any date changes or extensions or room upgrades can be done by contacting Tanya. All of Tanya’s contact information is also on the booking website.

How long can I stay?

Answer

That is completely up to you! We would love to hang out with everyone for as long or as short as you want to be there! If you are wanting to stay longer than the reserved block, November 13-17, please contact our travel agent and she will manually change your dates! No big deal!

What date does everything need to be booked by?

July 3rd! You can still book after this date but must contact the travel agent directly.

When will Aaron & Kelsey be there?

Answer

We plan to get there on Wednesday, November 11th. That day will most likely be filled with wedding meetings so if guests choose to arrive this early, there's a chance we won't see you much. We recommend guests wait to arrive until November 12th but again, that is completely up to you.

What day do I have to be there?

Answer

We would like everyone to be there no later than early afternoon on Sunday, November 15th. We want everyone to be able to come to our Welcome Party!

Do I have to purchase travel insurance?

Answer

That is completely up to you but we recommend it! You can do this all through the booking website.
