What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony (4:30pm) to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Yes! Both will be taking place at The River Club.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony & cocktail hour will take place outside while the reception will be inside of The River Club venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be an After Party at Mills Wharf from 10:30pm - 12:30am with shuttles taking two trips from The River Club.

Will there be a shuttle from the Double Tree to the River Club?

Yes! There will be a shuttle picking up at the Double Tree at 3:30pm.
