Our celebration will be formal with an elegant city feel. This will be an adults-only celebration, thank you for understanding! Due to venue limitations, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you received a plus-one, their name or 'Guest' will be included. Any questions please reach out!
We ask that all guests RSVP by May 1, 2026. This will give us enough time to finalize our guest list, meal selections, and all the details that will make the day special! If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible. If we don’t hear from you by then, we may assume you’re unable to attend, so please let us know!
Please plan to arrive at the venue 20-30 minutes before the ceremony to ensure plenty of time for seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, followed by drinks, dinner, and dancing.
Our ceremony and reception will be held at the Vista Rooftop of the Lytle Park Hotel. The evening will flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, with plenty of city views to enjoy! Please see the schedule section of our website for an address link.
Parking at the hotel is valet only and $46 per night. Discounted valet event parking is $14 and available for the duration of our wedding! Mention you are there for the Kelly Ruckman wedding. Guests may also use the nearby parking garage located at: 310 Broadway, Cincinnati, OH 45202

Cincinnati is very walkable around downtown and the Lytle Park Hotel, but you’ll also find plenty of easy transportation options: Uber & Lyft are widely available. The Cincinnati Streetcar (Connector) is free to ride and runs a 3.6-mile loop connecting downtown, The Banks (riverfront), and Over-the-Rhine, perfect for exploring without a car. Walking is convenient for restaurants, bars, and attractions near the hotel. If you’re driving, parking garages and valet are also available downtown.
