For those staying locally, we will be providing an Uber code to pay for transportation to the church and to Wychmere, as well as to your accommodations following the reception.
Yes, there is! The church has a large parking lot. You are also welcome to leave your car at Wychmere overnight if you'd like to Uber home, but please pick it up by 10am on Sunday.
We would like to give all the parents a night off to relax and enjoy themselves, so we ask that this is an adult only event. We hope you are able to arrange alternate plans for childcare ahead of time. Thanks!
Yes! Especially since it is a holiday week, walk-ins will be limited. Try to plan ahead and make reservations weeks (or even a month) in advance. Check out our “Harwich Port Favorites” tab for some of our restaurant recommendations. We are happy to suggest other great spots in the area!
We wish it wasn’t! Especially given the Fourth of July holiday, please plan ahead and be prepared for traffic delays. A 1.5 hour drive from Boston could be 2-3 hours. Heavy traffic times getting onto the Cape include Friday, 3-6pm and Saturday, 10am-1pm. On Sunday when heading home, we’ve found the earlier you leave, the less traffic there is. If you need to catch a flight home on Sunday, your best bet is to get off the Cape as early as possible!
With recent surges of COVID-19 variants, we ask you to please stay home if you're not feeling well. We will miss you!
