Austin and I stayed here during a winter trip to Temecula in 2025, and we absolutely loved it. The hotel offered two complimentary drinks per guest each night, and the included breakfast meal was excellent every morning. We highly recommend it! It’s also in a fantastic location - less than a ten‑minute drive to both Mount Palomar Winery and Old Town Temecula.

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is the closest major airport to Temecula and offers the most flight options. It is approximately 60 miles from Temecula, about an hour drive depending on traffic. Renting a car is recommended for getting around and enjoying the area during your stay.

Ontario International Airport (ONT) is another convenient option for guests traveling to Temecula. It is approximately 55 miles away, about a 1 hour drive depending on traffic. This airport is often less crowded than San Diego and can be a great alternative for finding flights and an easier travel experience

We haven’t stayed here yet, but South Coast Winery is absolutely stunning. The beautiful property is less than five minutes from Mount Palomar and feels like the perfect blend of a relaxing getaway and a wedding destination. If you’re looking to turn the celebration into a full vacation, this is a wonderful option.
