Shuttle Schedule
The Welcome Party at Duckhorn begins at 5:30 PM. Shuttles will run from the hotels and back. • Depart hotels: 5:15 PM from each hotel lobby (please be in your lobby by 4:40 PM). • Return: We will have transportation back to the hotels from Duckhorn. The last shuttle from Duckhorn will depart around 9:00 PM.
Shuttle Schedule
The ceremony begins at 2:00 PM at Saint Helena Catholic Church. Please plan to ride the shuttle from your hotel. Please be prompt, as the buses need to leave on time. Please be in your hotel lobby by: • Napa Valley Lodge (Yountville): 1:00 PM (departs 1:10) • El Bonita (St. Helena): 1:10 PM (departs 1:20) • Southbridge (St. Helena): 1:20 PM (departs 1:30) • Meadowood (St. Helena): 1:20 PM (departs 1:30) If you’re arriving outside of the shuttles, please arrive at the church by 1:40 PM. After the ceremony, shuttles will take everyone from the church to the reception at Brindare. End of the night: return shuttles run from Brindare back to the hotels. Final shuttles from Brindare will load at 12:15 AM and drop off at the hotels.
