I have an immediate question/need to contact Kelly or Richard on wedding day who do I contact?

Answer

On wedding day we ask that people refrain from contacting the bride and groom with wedding day questions and to reference this site. For immediate concerns and issues please contact our coordinator, Nikki at (xxx) 345 -1234.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

By October 1st 2024 but earlier the better!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

They will be mentioned on the invitation but, please ask if you have any questions. We encourage guests to be mindful of their language. That being said, we cannot promise music, conversations, or speeches to be child friendly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please do not bring a guest unless indicated on your invitation, and RSVP. The venue we selected has a limited capacity.

Is there a dress code for wedding day?

Answer

Yes. Elevated evening cocktail attire: cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and suits only. No jeans, cargo, or derby attire.

Is there a dress code for the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

TBD. We might do a theme night!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Not provided. If you stay downtown it won't be an issue since you should be able to walk. Otherwise there are Uber and Lyft in Louisville. Parking is available at the Muhammad Ali Center. Street parking around the city is free after 6 PM.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

30 min to 10 mins before the wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please indicate your allergy in your RSVP to have adequate time to relay to our vendors.

What about the bar?

Answer

First, we ask everyone to drink responsibly and gracefully. With that, The venue management and our coordinator are not bouncers. If there is an issue with overconsumption or behavior or reckless actions that could damage the venue, you will be asked to leave. Cocktail hour is beer and wine only. Dinner is table service only for wine. Cocktails will be served after dinner.
