Mark is MaryKate’s brother in law and has become one of my best friends. I’ll never forget the first time meeting Mark at his home in Sparta. I was nervous to make a good impression as the new boyfriend with the people that MaryKate loved so much. We cooked pizzas on his home made brick oven, I liked him then and there (he may have felt differently, haha). Regardless, Mark and Maureen welcomed me with open arms. Little did I know the bond we would build in the years to come. With every family gathering, holiday, double date, vacation, and impromptu hang, it only further confirmed that he was my guy. All the laughs, beers (too many at times, we love a good hazy), and honest and sincere advice when needed, a friend became a brother that I never had. It’s an honor to have him by my side on the most important day of my life, couldn’t ask for a better best man. -Cody

As most know, Maureen is my sister and best friend. There was no hesitation when it came time to choose the perfect person for this role! We may have butt heads growing up (especially when I would steal her clothes after she left for school), but thankfully, our relationship has evolved so much. We also got so lucky to end up with partners who have grown to be close friends, and it has been the greatest joy spending time together over the years (+ many years to come). Living across the country over the past year hasn’t been easy, but our bond remains strong, and she's still the first person I go to when I'm in need of advice or an opinion. Maureen continues to be the one of the most supportive people in my life, and the one I look up to the most. There’s no one I'd rather have by my side on this special day! -MaryKate
