Travel Note
We recommend downloading the app "Gett" for taxi service BEFORE you fly to Tel Aviv (when you land, you'll have wifi in the airport, but you won't have service) - this is pretty much the Israeli version of Uber or Lyft. Taxis from Ben Gurion Airport are regulated, so be sure to go the taxi line instead of going with a random car offering taxi service. If you place a taxi order through Gett, you'll receive a ride code. Go to the taxi line on the ground floor at exit 03 and show the code to the driver. More info on Gett: https://www.gett.com/il/airport-en/ If you're not using Gett, you can wait for a taxi and pay cash. Always tell them to use the meter.

Since our wedding is on a Monday, we recommend arriving around June 4th or 5th so you can enjoy the beach and pre-wedding festivities over the weekend. 📍 Need assistance with hotel recommendations, rates, and private cars? Airbnb is also a great option for Tel Aviv (sometimes more affordable too), especially if you know which Tel Aviv neighborhoods you like.
