Situated on beautiful Western Lake in Watercolor, Florida, the Boathouse Paddle Club (BHPC) is the premier paddle location on Santa Rosa beach and the only flat water SUP rental location near Seaside on Highway 30A. Kayak rentals also available.

Fishing
Clear and deep sea or brackish and shallow, however you like your fishing conditions, South Walton offers almost too many options. Whether you’re an amateur or a passionate professional, you’ll quickly find that we have some of the best fishing in the world. Biking
30A is flat and incredibly bike friendly! Although the sand on the beach is sometimes too soft to bike on, there are sidewalks everywhere, and many fun bike trails to explore. Since parking is limited along 30A, we always bike to/from the beach, pool, and even out to dinner. Most rental homes, condos, and hotels along 30A provide bicycles to their guests. Underwater Museum of Art
The Underwater Museum of Art is the first permanent underwater sculpture garden in the U.S. Located in the Gulf of Mexico, off of Walton County, Florida, the museum lies at a depth of 58-feet and at a distance of .93-miles from the shore of Grayton Beach State Park. Each year, a juried selection of sculptural works, drawn from artists throughout the world, is installed in the underwater garden. The sculptures quickly attract a wide variety of marine life and, over time, metamorphize into a living reef. This eco-tourism attraction not only entices art lovers and divers from around the country and around the globe, it provides a much-needed habitat for local marine life and fisheries as well as providing marine scientists, wildlife management professionals, ecologists, and students, with an opportunity to study marine life and measure the impact of artificial reef systems on the Gulf ecosystem.
Farmer's Market
There are 2 incredible Farmer's markets along 30A. One (much larger) is in Rosemary Beach community. Open every Sunday from 9AM - 1PM. Great spot to grab a bite to eat, iced coffee, kombucha, try some CBD, and enjoy the fresh produce. Dog friendly! The other is at the Seaside community amphitheater. Seaside has the best local shopping! Here are a few of our favorite boutiques and shops that we love to visit time and time again. Seaside: 1. Sundog Books and Central Square Records store - the cutest book & record shop ever! 2. Mercantile - specializes in American-made, Earth-friendly, cause-related merchandise for ladies and their men including clothing, shoes, jewelry, and gifts. 3. The Seaside Style - get your iconic seaside t-shirt here. 4. Willow + Woods - Effortless chic clothing, shoes and accessories for modern men and women. 5. LuLuLemon - located in uptown grayton. 3. Ophelia - high-end trendy swimwear boutique offering the latest styles in swimsuits, cover ups and other beach accessories. 4.
