Please RSVP by ... TBD, but quickly!
If you book with the room block, we will provide transport to and from the venue throughout the evening. If you stay on site, lucky you!
Please arrive by 4:00 PM, we will be serving wine before the ceremony and wouldn't want anyone to miss it. Shepards Run is a fully functioning winery and has a bar that is open to the public, so feel free to stop in early, grab a glass, and wander the grounds!
Shepards Run has a dedicated parking lot on site that you are able to use, as well as a handicap accessible parking lot that we can help direct anyone to if needed.
While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only event. Kids are more than welcome to come to the beach day and the clambake on Saturday!
Dress code is formal, and the full definition is below to avoid confusion. Men, you can ignore suggestions about suit & shirt color. Just be sure to ask your significant other, mother, or someone with style if the outfit matches. Formal As the wording here suggests, black-tie optional is a wedding guest dress code that's slightly less formal than black-tie wedding attire. So, a tuxedo isn't required, but it can still be worn, if preferred. If men do opt for a suit, it's best to wear a formal dark suit, white shirt, and a conservative tie. For women, the outfit choices remain the same as black-tie affairs: a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. In fact, there isn't much of a difference between black-tie and black-tie optional for women, although Mae says it's more acceptable to wear a dress that shows the ankles to a formal event (unlike a black-tie dress code).
All invites will have specified if you are allowed a date. Groomsmen, you have until May 1st at midnight to inform us of your plus one, and they must have the official title of 'Girlfriend' (or Fiancé, wife) at the time of submission :)
Of course, please reach out to Amanda or Alex directly.
