Carlos met Kelly's Aunt Lisa, for the first time at Niki & Paul's wedding. She was the 'brave aunt' that gave Carlos' signature merengue dancing moves a try on the dance floor. From then on Aunt Lisa and Uncle Rolf's Oxford house became our home away from home during our Cincinnati years. Dinner's from the vegetable garden, bottomless red wine, “helping” with the plane in the garage, and running sprints with the dogs was a regular occurence. Even when we moved to NYC, Aunt Lisa couldn't get rid of us with our puzzle rotations, comparing stories of world travel, and her ongoing Duolingo Spanish lessons. She's been an important and constant part of our time being 'officially' together and there's no one else we'd want to marry us <3
Mark & Leslie Moran
Parents of the Bride
Mark & Leslie are Kelly’s parents, splitting their time in Scottsdale, Arizona and the Outer Banks, North Carolina. They met Carlos sporadically on chaotic FaceTimes over the years, but more officially during Kelly’s 29th birthday in Cincinnati when Carlos was visiting Kelly as her “not boyfriend”

Parents of the Groom
Claudia and Carlos are Carlos’ parents. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, they now reside in Katy, Texas. Kelly met (OG) Carlos in Orlando at Carlos' green card ceremony in 2019 and later met Claudia on a family vacation to Galveston, TX in 2021. Since then we've all spent lots of time together in Austin, Houston, and New York City!
