What is the dress code?

Answer

Attire Dress to impress! We kindly request formal attire for our wedding celebration. While this is not a black-tie event, we hope you'll join us in dressing up to match the elegance of the day. For women: Cocktail dresses, floor-length gowns, or stylish jumpsuits are all appropriate. For men: Suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt and blazer are perfect. Ties are encouraged but not required. The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), with the reception to follow indoors. Weather in Leesburg, VA in late September is typically mild and lovely. Expect daytime temperatures around 74°F and cooler evenings around 52°F. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable, especially as the sun sets. We’re so excited to celebrate with you dressed to the nines and ready to dance!

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family specified on the invite.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your guest is listed on the invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Only the guests listed on your RSVP are invited. If you’re unsure, feel free to check with us before you RSVP

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! Father of the bride, Juanjo, is in charge of all of the celebratory drinks ;)

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. Guests will park in the gravel lot at the base of the hill, and a shuttle will be provided to take you to and from the main event area at the top. If you’re coming from the hotel, please arrange your own transportation, Uber and Lyft are both easy options in the area.

Will there be transportation from and to the hotel?

Answer

Our hotel block is about 8 minutes from the venue. Please plan ahead and arrange your own transportation, as we will not be providing shuttles. There are plenty of Uber and Lyft options available in the area for your convenience.
