We are excited to celebrate with you!

It all started with corrosion. A corrosion seminar to be exact! I was working for Structural in our Sarasota office. Zach was working for Structural in our South Florida office, and came to visit Sarasota for a Corrosion Seminar. We previously spent time together at company training events and once in Crystal River when we went scalloping with a group of friends. I showed him around Sarasota and Siesta Key Beach, treated him to dinner, a beer, and a little friendly competition on Nintendo 64. We started seeing each other long distance, until I was asked to transfer to our South Florida office. From there it was history.

We started dating January 28th, 2017. Two and half years later, a puppy, apple picking, golfing, snorkeling, hunting, and so much more, he proposed to me in the sand at Delray Beach on June 24th, 2019. He caught me completely by surprise, conning my sister into this master plan. It was the happiest moment of my life and we cannot wait to continue doing life together, and celebrate with our family and friends.

We took a trip to Asheville, NC to celebrate my little sister's 21st birthday. We did a number of tours around Asheville, but ultimately Zach and I were immediately attracted to this place full of breweries and BBQ. After Zach surprised me with the ring, we needed to decide on where to do the wedding. If we do it in Zach's hometown, everyone travels to small town Pennsylvania. If we do it in Greenville, everyone travels to big town South Carolina. Since everyone had to travel regardless of the location, we settled on the place that we love, Asheville. After the location was picked we made 3 more trips to Asheville and stumbled upon Highland Brewing Company and their rooftop event center. Our favorite place with some good beer and great food, we couldn't imagine a better place to celebrate with our closest friends and family.
