How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP electronically directly on our wedding website or by scanning the QR code found on your invitation.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a specific guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love our littles, this is an adult only event. Exceptions were made for immediate family or if specifically stated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," so we can plan accordingly.

Will you be live streaming the wedding for those that are unable to attend in person?

Answer

Yes! We will be live streaming throughout the ceremony using Lovecast. We will provide ways to access the live stream closer to the day of the wedding so please let us know if you would like information on this.

What airports are nearby?

Answer

Cleveland-Hopkins International airport is approximately 22 miles and 28 minutes from the venue.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes. We have reserved a block of room for our guests. Please refer to the Travel section of our website for more detailed information.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?

Answer

We will have a shuttle running from our preferred hotel, Homewood Suites Cleveland/Sheffield. The shuttle will run from the hotel to the venue at 3:30pm and 4:00pm. The shuttle will run from the venue back to the hotel every 30 minutes beginning at 9:00pm. The last shuttle runs at 11:00pm. It is about 10 minutes round trip. Our shuttle fits 23 people, so please plan accordingly.

What time should we be there?

Answer

Doors will open at 4:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at the venue. Parking is free.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. There is a ramp outside leading up to the main red door and an accessible elevator indoors.

Are the ceremony and reception indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. We do have a Plan B if the weather does not cooperate. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are sure you'll look dapper no matter what you wear! We are asking our guests to adhere to a semi formal/cocktail attire. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors, so please plan accordingly.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

The food and drinks are on us but the hangover is on you. Get ready to celebrate and leave your diet at the door!

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
