All these restaurants are on the Hilton Hotel property. We have dined at them all and truly can't pick a favorite. We love Talavera for breakfast, Mio sushi by the pool for lunch, Vela for a quiet dinner, and Sotol for an after-dinner cocktail. Cheers!
