Black Horse Manor, 8393 Meetze Rd, Warrenton, VA 20187 The ceremony will be held on an outdoor patio and the reception will take place indoors at the same property. No need to travel!
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30 pm. We recommend guests arrive by 4:00 pm so that there is time to mingle and find your seat. There will be refreshments provided beforehand if you get thirsty and you will have access to restrooms before the ceremony begins.
We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day, and we’d be honored if you joined us in formal attire. Ladies, we'd love to see your floor-length or midi formal dresses. Formal wear for the gentlemen may include a suit or jacket and tie—tuxedos are not required but are always a nice choice. We kindly ask that guests avoid jeans, shorts, short sleeves, and white or cream dresses. Please note: our ceremony will take place outdoors in a partially shaded patio, and the reception will be held indoors.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
We love your little ones as much as you do! However, we have chosen to keep our celebration adults-only with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer. If your children are not listed on your invitation, please make prior arrangements for them. We encourage you to make this a date night!
There will be signs on the property guiding you where to park your car if you have chosen to drive. If you would like to celebrate with us and have a drink, please plan accordingly and utilize Uber or a Taxi, we want everyone to be safe on our special night!
The drive from the venue's entrance to the parking area passes directly alongside the ceremony site, therefore, late arriving vehicles may be held until the conclusion of the ceremony so as not to cause a disruption. Please plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
To ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. We've hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment, so during our ceremony, we request that all cell phones be turned off/silenced. We encourage you to take as many pictures as you would like during cocktail hour and reception!
Drinks are on us! We kindly ask that you enjoy responsibly—and leave the driving to Uber, Lyft, or your favorite designated driver. Let’s keep the celebration safe and memorable for all!
