We want to keep it casual. Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Keep in mind this is a completely outdoor event so dress accordingly.
You can RSVP on the website by June 14th. Please reach out to Kelly or Tom if you need assistance.
Of course! Feel free to bring the whole family. There is a playground nearby and plenty of activities to keep the kids busy
The park itself has a daily entrance fee of $7 that can be obtained online up to five days prior to entering and five days past the event. There are license plate scanners at the entrance/exit so please remember to get your pass so you don’t receive a ticket in the mail! https://www.waukeshacounty.gov/landandparks/park-system/park-fees/ParkEntry/ There is ample parking at the Pavilion 2 lot but if it happens to fill up, you can park by #1 or #3 if need be.
It will mostly be a free-for-all for the whole night. There will be plenty of games and activities to keep everyone busy. We plan to eat around 4pm but will have snacks rotating in and out all night. The park closes at 10pm so we ask that everyone start wrapping up around 9pm, unless you’re helping with takedown/loading vehicles to ensure we can get everything out of there on time.
Unfortunately, the park doesn’t allow hard alcohol so the options will be beer or malt beverages (wine coolers, seltzers, etc). Soda, water, and juice will also be provided.
You only need to bring yourself. We just would ask that if you have lawn chairs, please bring them as there are a limited number of picnic tables at the site. If you’re planning on bringing an extra canopy, please coordinate with Kelly so we can get that set up ahead of time. Drinks will be provided but if you have any specific preference, you’re welcome to bring your own. Just keep in mind there is no hard alcohol allowed at the park.
We have decided not to register anywhere as we have lived together 10 years now and have everything we need. If you’d like to give a gift, please consider contributing to our honeymoon fund
