What are the details for the Friday Welcome Drinks?

Answer

Guests may join us from 8:00-11pm at The Lantern on Main Street in Ridgefield to kick off our wedding weekend with us! Please note, this event will just be for drinks so we encourage our guests to grab dinner in town prior to the event. A list of recommended restaurants is on our "Things to do" page

What is the wedding attire for guests?

Answer

Formal Attire. Men may wear suits & ladies may wear cocktail or maxi dresses. Please note, the ceremony will take place on the lawn.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

We will have coach buses transporting guests from Hotel Zero Degrees to the venue. First coach bus departs at 4:10pm Second coach bus departs at 4:20pm At 11pm, we will have buses transporting guests to Terra at Hotel Zero Degrees for the after party. One coach bus will be available at 10pm for early transport back to Hotel Zero Degrees, if needed.

How do we get to the venue if we cannot take the transportation provided?

Answer

Ubers/Lyfts are available throughout Fairfield County. We encourage guests to monitor Uber availability as there may be a longer wait time for arrival or traffic in the area.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the venue available for guests to park in if you choose to drive to the wedding.

How will dietary restrictions or allergies be accommodated?

Answer

The team at Candlewood Inn will be happy to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions! When placing your dinner order the evening of the wedding, please inform your server of any allergies or special requests, and they will ensure you’re well taken care of.
