What is the dress code?

Answer

We are suggesting semi-formal garden party attire, but we want you to be comfortable! For women: dresses of any length in chiffon, cotton, linen, floral prints, ruffles, light and bright colors, wedges, block heels, flat sandals; we recommend avoiding stilettos as the wedding will take place outdoors on a grassy yard. For men: dress shirts, polos, slacks, khakis, cotton, linen, light colors; the groom has requested no ties.

Will you provide transportation between the hotel and wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a school bus shuttle between the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Pittsfield and the wedding venue. The bus will pick up at the hotel at 3:00 and make two return trips at 10:00 and 11:00 PM.

Is early check-in available at the hotel?

Answer

Guests checking in to the Holiday Inn Express on Saturday, the 20th, should call the hotel (413-443-4714) once you are on your way, ask for the manager on duty (Crystal), and let them know you are coming in for the wedding and requesting early check-in. Your rooms will already be set up as priority. If your room isn't ready when you arrive, there will be places for you to get ready or relax prior to the bus arriving, and the front desk will hold your luggage.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - there is limited parking at the venue, but there is a large overflow parking area right across the street. Both will have signs to guide drivers.
