We Still Do

We met on our exchange semester in La Rochelle, France. Kelly was having a soirée that Søren attended. During our first encounter we established that Søren was very hard to pronounce and Kelly much more straight forward.

After France, we remained close by video chatting several times a week and meeting up in Amsterdam one summer. When Søren had the opportunity to go on a second exchange, there wasn't much doubt where he would go - Texas, and as close as possible to Kelly. We quickly realized our feelings for each other and when the semester was coming to an end neither of us were ready to say goodbye. And so, just 3 days before Søren's return flight, he built up the courage to ask Kelly the big question and luckily the answer was yes.

On April 6, 2018 we said "I Do" at the Tarrant County Courthouse in Fort Worth, TX. That evening we celebrated with our Texas friends and family.
