Friday, December 18, 2020 will be one of the year’s busiest travel days in the Washington DC area. Rush hour begins around noon on a Friday. 
Kelly and I suggest arriving on Thursday, December 17, 2020. Base visitor center open 6am - 3pm EST M-F.
Washington DC currently requires a 14 day quarantine for anyone not from VA or MD. 
BWI, IAD, and  DCA airports are open.
