Are children invited to the wedding and/or ceremony?

Answer

As much as we love our sweet young people, no one under the age of 21 will be attending the wedding (other than children in the wedding).

Can we leave our vehicles at the venue overnight?

Answer

You can leave vehicles at the venue overnight but please carpool to prevent an abundance of cars being left on the property. Uber is easily available.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 14th, 2024. We will assume no RSVP means you are not attending and a seat will not be available for you or your guest. We want everyone that can, to attend!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 4:00 P.M. (1600) Be seated by 3:50 P.M. (1550)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want YOU to be comfortable. We would love to see cocktail or semi-formal attire. Starched jeans and cowboy hats included!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Check the travel section for our hotel with room blocks.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

You will need to drive or Uber to the ceremony/reception. There will be a 32-pax shuttle AFTER the reception that will take you back to the Courtyard Marriott. First shuttle pass is at 9:20 P.M. and the second pass is at 10:00 P.M. (this one is primarily for the bridal party and their significant others). The shuttle is available for a 3rd pass at 10:20 P.M. if needed. Uber is also available for faster service.
