Do I need a COVID test to attend the wedding?

Answer

NO (Updated 5/10) Pre-event testing is no longer required for non-student catered events. Pre-event testing is not required for student catered events beginning May 28. However, it remains strongly encouraged.

Is dancing allowed?

Answer

YES!!!!! (Updated 5/10) Dancing: As referenced above, open dance floors will be permitted for both indoor and outdoor catered events if the dancers wear masks at all times when indoors and anytime 3 feet cannot be maintained outdoors. It is strongly recommended that event organizers discourage excessive crowding on dance floors.

Where do I park?

Answer

The parking lot located across Thames Street (east side) is available for event parking. Please speak with Newport Hotel Group for additional parking options. The Bristol Harbor Inn and Thames Street Landing’s parking area – located near the events deck and to the south of the hotel – shall not be used for guests, except under special circumstances. This parking lot is for use by retail customers, tenants of Bristol Harbor Landing.
