What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Seeing as the wedding is on the beach in May, your comfort is our top priority! Resort casual (shorts, dresses, etc) is encouraged.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes! Hayes and Hadley would love to have friends their age in attendance during this special time, so please feel free to bring your children as well. The more, the merrier!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Our room block is secured through early January, so ideally, we would love to have an idea of who all is attending by that time. That said, we know it is a lot to plan a trip out of the country, so we kindly ask you to simply keep us informed as to your plans if you are not able to book your room prior to then.

Will any group excursions be planned?

Answer

We know our guests have differing activity levels and interests, so we encourage you to plan for your own perfect getaway. So long as you make it on time for the wedding, we want this trip to be an unforgettable experience that is perfect for YOU!

What if we want to stay at another property?

Answer

We've thoughtfully chosen an amazing property with everything that everyone could possibly want or need right on site, so our hope is that everyone will want to vacation and stay alongside us there! (There are also aren't many options in this part of the country within close driving distance.) That said, if you find somewhere else to stay, please let us know. The resort does require wedding attendees who are not staying on property to pay for a pass to enter, with varying levels of access starting at $90 / person, so please keep that in mind too.

Please feel free to reach out to Kelly and/or Reinhold with any questions you might have. (Although Reinhold will probably always defer you to Kelly.) We are happy to put you in touch with our travel agent, if needed, too!
