Cocktail attire with a warm coat is recommended. Please note we will have a short outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception at Jug Mountain. Warm coat or faux fur are strongly recommended!
Yes! There will be pre-Ceremony coffee service available starting at 1:00pm at the bar inside Jug Mountain (our ceremony and reception space). We look forward to starting our special day with you!
Please note there is an hour and a half break between the reception and the start of the bar crawl in downtown Donnelly. We recommend that Tamarack guests return home during this break to access the shuttle from Tamarack to the bar crawl for a smooth and safe experience! For all other guests, the wedding party will greet you at Casa Rossa at 5:30pm!
We are so excited to celebrate with you all at 3 of our favorite Donnelly digs: Casa Rossa, Cougar Dave's, and The Roost. All 3 stops on our bar crawl are located on Main Street in Donnelly. At our first stop, Casa Rossa, we will have light appetizers and a champagne toast. We will have signature drinks at Cougar Dave's and The Roost. Please look for our signage at the bar illustrating our signature drinks. They're on us!
Shuttle pickup for those living at Tamarack Resort will be at the Village Roundabout. The shuttle will leave promptly at 5:15pm.
The shuttle will take guests back to Tamarack at 8:45pm in front of Casa Rossa (377 Main St, Donnelly, ID 83615). The drop off location will be the Village roundabout.
Unfortunately there are no taxi or uber services in Valley County, ID. Please allow extra time to get to and from the event spaces.
