We're Getting Married!

Kelly and Mark’s love story began long before they even realized it. They first crossed paths in 2002 when Kelly moved to the Vail Valley after college. Mark had already been living in Vail for a few years, carving out his own life in the stunning mountain community. Their connection started in the most unexpected of places: the Outback Steakhouse, where Kelly was bartending as a side job. From the moment they met, Kelly and Mark hit it off and quickly became fast friends. They shared a love for the outdoors, music, and adventure, which led to countless camping trips, concerts, and memorable nights with their tight-knit group of mutual friends. Over time, their bond grew stronger, but for years, it remained rooted in friendship. Life took them on different paths. Kelly got married and had two boys, and although she and Mark didn’t see each other as often, their friendship endured. Whenever they did reconnect, it was as if no time had passed — catching up on each other’s lives and enjoying each other’s company. Fast forward to a new chapter: Kelly’s marriage ended in divorce, and that’s when Mark seized the moment. He said, "Please give me one chance!" Mark confessed that he had a crush on Kelly from the very first day they met and had always regretted not pursuing her earlier in their friendship. Once they finally got together, it was like magic. They were head over heels for each other, thrilled to have found true love and excited to spend the rest of their lives together. Mark has been amazing with Kelly’s two boys, and their blended family is filled with love and laughter. Now, they are ready to start their next chapter surrounded by the beautiful mountains where their journey first began, celebrating with the friends and family who have been part of their story all along.
