Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can continue our planning process accordingly. However, the deadline is the 4th of August 2026. If we haven't received your RSVP by the deadline we will have to assume you won't be attending. Please refer to our RSVP page to respond. Simply type in your name and your own RSVP page will show up.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins to find your seat and settle in. (hint this would be around 4:15 PM)

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! After the ceremony please head outside of the glasshouse and venture around the fountain and the backside of the hotel for a cocktail hour while the staff flips the room for our reception.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We would like for our guests to be fully present with us during one of the most important moments in our lives, so we are having a unplugged ceremony. However, We will have a photo taking opportunity during the ceremony, but until then and after, please keep photos and phones away.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will be indoors and the cocktail hour will have a outdoors/indoors option.

Are my kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding adults-only, with the exception to immediate family whose children are named on their formal invitation.

Will the reception be assigned seating or open seating?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating but the reception will be assigned seating. We will have assigned tables for each invited guest, please refer to the seating chart when you arrive to find your assigned table.

Is there a room block at the hotel onsite?

Answer

Yes! There is a hotel onsite at our wedding venue. Its a super fun room themed hotel that we did reserve a block of rooms for. Just imagine, you are done for the night and you only have to walk 800 feet to your hotel room! Please review the travel page for more information.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate if a plus-one has been reserved for you. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated.

Where is the parking?

Answer

There is a entire parking lot dedicated to the venue. When you arrive please keep driving forward past the Glasshouse and you will see the parking lot.
