What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 3:50pm so we can start the ceremony at promptly at 4pm

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be available from the hotel to venue along with back to the hotel at the conclusion of the reception.

What time is check in for the hotel

Answer

Check-in is available at 3pm at the Courtyard by Marriott. Please be aware of bus transportation time to ensure you don't miss your ride! Option to call the hotel day of to see if early check in is available!

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Although we love your children, we kindly as you leave them with the grandparents so you can enjoy the night with us!

What if I have a food allergy or restriction?

We are hoping for a beautiful fall day for our family and friends to enjoy outdoors. Reception will be held indoors.

Yes, there will be transportation available for those who need it via the venue staff.
