Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The shuttles will leave the hotels at 3:30 and we will have shuttles bringing guests to and from the venue. Please see the RSVP page to let us know if you will be using the shuttles.

Where should we stay?

Answer

A block of rooms is being held at 2 hotels in Springfield. The first is the Springfield Garden Inn and Suites. The other is the Hampton Inn & Suites Springfield/Downtown. Both hotels are about 35 minutes from the venue and we will have a shuttle service to bring guests to and from the hotel on the day of the wedding. Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. Attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. The ceremony and part of the day will take place outside on the patio. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers.

Can I drive my car to the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue has spots for over 100 cars. You can even leave your car there overnight and take the shuttle back to the hotel.

Are kids welcome?

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply can’t accommodate for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
