FAQs

If you have any questions other than what is listed here, please feel free to reach out to either Kelly or Kanong
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us plan for the ceremony and reception, please let us know if you’ll be joining us by May 1st, 2027. We understand that travel and other circumstances may make it difficult for some, and we completely understand if you can’t be with us. For those who are able to join, your RSVP will help us ensure everything is just right for our day together.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will be open at 2:45 PM to allow our guests to settle in, enjoy a drink (on us), play yard games, mingle, enjoy some appetizers, and relax before the ceremony. Please arrive by 3:15 PM so you can find your seat and be ready to share in our ‘I do’ at 3:30 PM.

Question

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

If you’re unable to attend the ceremony but would still like to join us for the reception, please plan to arrive by 4:30 PM. This allows time to get seated, grab a drink, and settle in before the celebration begins.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We’re going for formal, black tie optional. Think Southern European elegance blended with Scandi-Asian minimalism, perfectly in tune with our wedding’s romantic theme. We encourage guests to dress their best and go all out — embrace colors, textures, and pieces that feel special. Please avoid: jeans, pants with visible holes, and casual wear. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up and celebrating in style!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes! Guests are welcome to bring a date, as long as both the invited guest and their plus-one are at least 18 years old for liability purposes. Please be sure to RSVP for both yourself and your guest so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome, but please keep in mind that our wedding is a very special celebration with moments meant to be cherished by all guests. There won’t be specific entertainment for kids, so weddings may not always be the most engaging experience for little ones. If you feel that attending without your children would be easier, or if you decide not to join because of your little ones, that’s completely okay — your love and support mean the world to us.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary onsite parking will be available for all guests, so you can arrive and celebrate with ease.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be providing beer, wine, and signature cocktails on us. Once our hosted bar budget is reached, the bar will become cash-based. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available throughout.
