Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is black tie formal. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi-formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie or tuxedo. No jeans, please!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event with the exception of those in the wedding party or those formally listed on your invitation. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Due to limited parking, we encourage guests to use the shuttles provided by the hotel, or use a rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to start time to ensure adequate time to get seated. Unfortunately, guests that arrive after the ceremony start time will be unable to be seated.

Question

When do I need to RSPV by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 07.15.2025. You can RSVP by using the QR code on your save the date, wedding invitation or by clicking the “RSVP” tab in the menu above.

Question

What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by July 15, 2025, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s. (This means that you will not be able to be there for our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.)

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you are not able to make it, Please notify Kaitlyn as soon as you are aware.

Question

What if I’m unable to travel to Texas?

Answer

If you’re one of our out-of-state guests, we’ll be having a reception in Nebraska on September 27th. More information will be provided with your formal invitation.
