We met at The Stewed Cow- a country bar in Hoboken with a mechanical bull. Kelly was sitting at the crowded bar wearing sweatpants watching the Rangers playoff game, when Jonathan (a non-hockey fan) showed up in a flannel shirt.-very fitting for the country bar. Luckily, there was 1 empty barstool and it happened to be next to Kelly, so Jonathan went to claim it. Kelly offered to move down so that Jonathan could sit next to his friends, but he refused. When he sat down - he learned why no one was sitting there: the barstool was MUCH shorter than the others. We laughed our way through dinner, learned that pulled pork sandwiches should be eaten at a proper height stool, and eventually rode the mechanical bull.
