The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving by 5:00 PM at the latest to allow time to socialize and enjoy one of our signature cocktails before the ceremony starts.
Yes! There is ample parking at White Iron Ridge for our guests who prefer to drive themselves to the venue.
There will be multiple buses running from the hotel blocks to the wedding venue. The drive is approximately 30 minutes, and the buses will be air-conditioned for your comfort. This service is available to all guests, regardless of whether you’re staying in the hotel blocks. Please indicate whether or not you plan to use our transportation when you RSVP. Specific bus departure times will be provided closer to the event.
For the event, we encourage garden cocktail attire. For example, women can wear floral or summery-style dresses and sets, while men are welcome to wear suits, dress pants, and dress shirts (ties are optional). The ceremony will be held indoors, while the cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with partial coverage provided by a veranda. The reception will also be indoors, but guests will have access to the same outdoor areas used during the cocktail hour.
The Cascade and Aloft share a self-park garage for $24.00 a day. The Cascade offers a valet option for $30.00 a day.
