Originally from Sussex, NJ, Kelly's and Joe's families have known each other for decades. But when Joe and Mike moved to Shohola 25 years ago and opened The Early Vette Shop, just 2 miles away from Kelly's dad's autobody business, that's when they became close friends. It wasn't love at first sight. How could it be? Over the years all Joe heard from Kelly's father were horror stories about raising her. But thank goodness Joe likes crazy and those stories didn't scare him away. :-P Time went by and one day Kelly saw Joe on facebook under "people you may know", and of course she sent that friend request. A few weeks later she sent a message, too. They started talking and he realized that maybe she wasn't as crazy as her dad made her seem. So much so that he asked her on a date. They went to dinner and hit it off. <3.

On New Years, just after midnight, surrounded by some of their closest friends. Does it get any more perfect than that? Just after the ball dropped and they celebrated the new year, Joe got on one knee as his best friend handed him Kelly's dream engagement ring. All of their friends cheered as she said "Yes" It was such a magical moment!
