Job's summary:
Everybody 5+ years old needs proof of 2 shots of COVID vaccine (or 1 J&J shot) to enter bars, restaurants, basically any indoor business as well as outdoor events with more than 500 people; or provide documentation of negative PCR/molecular/antigen test within 72 hours.

Forms of documentation that will be accepted include:

CDC Vaccination Card
LA Wallet App
Other form of official record from a foreign country, WHO, or other state.
Vaccine Trial Record

Capulet's policy:
"Our current practice is that we check proof of vaccine / negative test documents as folks arrive at our venue. Guests can furnish paper copies or show us images on their smart phones...either way works.  Guests who don’t provide the proper documents will be prohibited from attending the event."
