Where should we park?
Answer
There is a parking lot at the venue that has enough spaces for everyone!
Question
What time should we arrive?
Answer
To help make sure the ceremony starts on time, please be seated by 3:45pm. An usher will be there to help guide you to the ceremony space.
Question
What should the guests wear?
Answer
Anything you feel your best in! It is an outdoor/indoor venue so dress accordingly! When the sun goes down, it can get chilly. Bridesmaids are going to be in different shades of orange and the men will be in blue suits!

Do we need a gift?
Answer
Celebrating with you is enough! If you do bring something for the bride and groom, there will be a table for cards and gifts in the entry way of the reception.

What if I do not want to dance?
Answer
There will be games like corn hole, connect 4, jenga, and card games available for those who want to play!
Question
What kind of alcohol will be provided?
Answer
There will be an open bar serving soda, seltzers, wine, beer and margaritas. Please no outside alcohol or shots!

There is no smoking or vaping inside the venue. There is a smoking area outside on the patio.

What if I do not like cake?
Answer
We like to keep things non traditional. There will be plenty of desserts to enjoy for those who do not want any cake.

There is a bathroom inside the reception area.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Please look for that information on your invitation or reach out to Kelly or Jason to double check! We can only have 100 people at the venue.

What if it rains?
Answer
There are umbrellas at the venue for your use. There is also a plan in place if it is raining for the ceremony.

Unplugged Ceremony
Answer
Feel free to take videos and photos, but please be mindful of the photographer. Please have your phone on silent during the ceremony. Thank you!

Please no glitter, rice, confetti, or bird seed.

Can I make song requests for the DJ?
Answer
Please feel free to send song suggestions to either Kelly or Jason so we can pass them along to the DJ.

How will I know where to sit?
Answer
Pick any side during the ceremony, we are just so happy you are here to celebrate with us! During the reception there will be a seating chart, so find your place and enjoy your night with all of our favorite people!

What if I cannot make it?
Answer
Please let us know as soon as possible if any plans change. We know life gets crazy!
