Once you are seated you will have a menu choice of: Chicken - Garlic Dijon Chicken Seared French Breast, Roasted Garlic, Scallions Beef - Grilled New York Strip Steak with Garlic Compound Butter Fish - Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon Chardonnay Reduction Vegetarian - Eggplant Siciliana Fresh Mozzarella, Grilled Tomatoes, Béchamel and Oven-Roasted Tomato Sauce All entrees will be started with a duet course of Cranberry Brie Pastry with Harvest Salad, Roasted Pears, Glazed Walnuts
