What is the dress code for the wedding?

Formal attire is requested for our winter celebration at Stonehurst at Hampton Valley. The ceremony and reception will be held indoors; however, December evenings can be chilly, so we recommend bringing a warm coat. Formal attire typically includes cocktail dresses, evening dresses, or dressy jumpsuits for women, and suits or jackets with dress shirts for men. Ties are welcome but not required. Winter colors such as navy, burgundy, emerald, black, or metallics are always beautiful choices for the season.

Yes, ample parking is available at Stonehurst at Hampton Valley for all guests. For added convenience, a shuttle will also be provided from Graduate by Hilton Storrs to the venue. If you have any mobility needs or require special accommodations, please let us know in advance.

While we love all of your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly request that only those guests listed on the invitation attend. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Please plan to arrive by 5:45 PM to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins promptly.

Yes! We’ll be serving appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a full dinner and an open bar. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Absolutely! We can’t wait to dance the night away with you. Our DJ will be playing a great mix of music to keep the celebration going.

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Graduate by Hilton Storrs for our guests. You can find booking details in the “Travel & Accommodation” section of our website. We encourage booking early to take advantage of the room block.

Guests are welcome to take photos during the ceremony. We kindly ask that you remain in your seat, silence your devices, and allow our professional photographer space to capture the special moments.
