We met in the Cellar Pub in Ketchum celebrating St. Patty's day with a handful of Guinnesses. To the best of our knowledge, our friend Russell Train introduced us. Shortly after meeting we explored the surrounding mountains and the rest is history!
While foraging for hedgehog mushrooms on the California coast with our friends Rick and Leanna, Jackson was acting awkward while Kelly was finding all sorts of mushrooms. When Jackson found a "big honker" of a mushroom, he called Kelly over to check it out. Instead of a mushroom Kelly found an engagement ring! Afterwards we went to celebrate with a beer at Dunloe - our favorite brewery. Much to Kelly's surprise, a small collection of our family and friends also happened to be there for a few beers. We celebrated the wondrous day by topping of the night at our friends Nick and Elise's house. Just like the engagement night, we're beyond excited to celebrate our wedding with so many close family and friends in the place the means the most to us!
We highly recommend that you book everything as early as possible, as Ketchum is a smaller town! If possible try to spend as much time in the area. This will give you an idea about why we love this spot so much This is an adult-only ceremony. We are so grateful to celebrate with family and friends and kept it to a tighter guest list. Unfortunately, at this time there are no plus ones.
