Flight
JAX has lots of flights and is about a 40 minute drive from Amelia Island. From the airport to the island there are taxis, Uber & Lyft available.
Travel Note
Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available at the Jacksonville airport for transportation to Amelia Island. Once on Amelia Island, Uber and Lyft can be scarce. The Friday Welcome Cocktail Reception & the Saturday Ceremony with dinner & dancing are on the same property. If you want to travel around the island you may consider renting a car, or the concierge at the Ritz can assist in requesting a local cab or you can check for an Uber. You can schedule transportation back to the airport with a pre-scheduled Uber/Lyft on their app, or with assistance from the Ritz Carlton.
